With over 10 years of professional Real Estate experience, Bill has proven himself to be an expert in the greater Phoenix area. For the last several years he has been recognized as one of the top 6 selling agents in his office of 360 agents, was on the agent leadership counsel for 2 years, and has helped hundreds of people with their real estate needs. With his knowledge, and expertise, Bill diligently serves his clients with the utmost professionalism and personally guides each client through the process of buying/selling a home.

Bill enjoys getting to know his clients, personally consulting them, and having the opportunity to impact their lives. He specializes in knowing the market, understanding buyers and sellers, and acquiring solid real estate investments.

History
Prior to real estate, Bill worked 16 years as the executive director for a non-profit youth organization in Wisconsin. During those years Bill worked closely with school and public officials managed a large number of volunteer and paid staff; and took the chapter that was on the brink of closure to a growing and expanding ministry for 15 years to come. Years of experience taught Bill to listen carefully and genuinely care for people. It is this approach that he carries into real estate.

Bill enjoys reading, traveling, skiing, hiking, volunteering at church and spending time with his family.

3 Unusual facts about Bill
  • Bill has traveled to Haiti, Northern Ireland, and Mexico City on short term mission trips with high school students.
  • In 1980, Bill and his wife Irmie road a motorcycle from Wisconsin to the furthest East Coast of Nova Scotia and then back across country to the Pacific West Coast.
  • In 1996, Bill and his wife, Irmie and their 3 girls, packed up their home in Wisconsin, loaded their few necessities into a motor home, and traveled the U.S. for a year. What an adventure! This was also the trip that initiated Bill’s career in Real Estate.

With over 6 years of professional Real Estate experience, Cheri brings tenacity and organization to the team. Cheri uses her knowledge and expertise to ensure timely closings and provide excellent customer service. Cheri takes care of the details and allows the client to relax during the home buying process.

Cheri graduated from ASU with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary studies in 2002. Cheri has been a licensed agent in Arizona since 2000.

Tracy Olmstead
Marketing and Office Administrator

With a degree in business administration from Northern Arizona University, Tracy brings fresh ideas and a creative edge to help market and obtain the highest value for your home. She has a broad background in customer service and is dedicated to making sure each home receives excellent exposure in the market.
